Introductions to Foundations of Project Management

This workshop is a one-day introduction to the Foundations of Project Management I and II

The purpose of this workshop is to provide an overview of the full 4-day program and to allow the students a brief hands-on experience of two of the key concepts in Foundations I:  Building productive relationships, and an interactive team approach to creating project plans.

Note:  this one-day session is an appetizer, not a full course.  The four days of the full Foundations of Project Management program will provide an understanding of many of the common project management tools and techniques as well as hands-on experience with the team processes necessary for the tools to be effective in the research environment.
