As part of the academic community, Mitacs Conference Services has custom designed its conference planning process to accommodate specific academic and research requirements.  Our head office is located at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada; other event teams are located at universities across the country. Whether producing a conference in British Columbia, Newfoundland or anywhere in between, MCS works closely with the academic organizer by providing the following services:
